Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Time Frame

 

We don’t accept any returns for our jewelry, but we can agree to change the sizes or designs on the same item and the customer should inform us from maximum 1-3 days of the date of delivery.

Proof of delivery (i.e., tracking information or courier records) will be used to determine the return window.

Condition of Items

 

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, boxes, certificates or receipts will be sent online by WhatsApp or email, and packaging materials included.

Proof of Purchase

 

Invoice or mobile number  is required for any changes to be processed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized & Personalized Pieces and per order

 

Products that have been engraved, resized, or altered based on customer requests are for final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Earrings (If Applicable)

 

For hygiene reasons, once earrings have been worn or removed from sealed packaging, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Final Sale or Clearance Items

 

Any item marked as “final sale” or “clearance” at the time of purchase is not eligible for return or refund unless the product arrives damaged or in a defective condition.

3. Return Process

Contact our Customer Support at (WhatsApp or Instagram) within 1-3 Days of the date of delivery.

Shipping Instructions

 

Please ship items in secure packaging to prevent damage in transit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, especially for high-value items.

You are responsible for returning shipping costs unless the return is due to an error (e.g., incorrect or defective item received).

Inspection & Processing

 

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial or Rejected Returns

 

If the item does not meet our return criteria (e.g., missing parts, signs of wear), a partial refund or rejection of the return may apply.

In the case of rejection, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Damaged or Defective Items

 

For items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery). We will arrange for repair, replacement, or a full refund at no additional cost to you, subject to availability.
